1. Home Tab:

Home tab: The Home tab is the default tab in Microsoft Word. It has five groups of related commands; Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles and Editing. It helps you change document settings like font size, adding bullets, adjusting styles and many other common features

2. Insert:

The Insert tab contains various items that you may want to insert into a document. These items include such things as tables, word art, hyperlinks, symbols, charts, signature line, date & time, shapes, header, footer, text boxes, links, boxes, equations and so on.

3. Design:

The Design Tab commands allow you to control the look and the appearance of your presentation. You can apply a theme from the available themes and can also change the color schemes.

4. Transitions:

In the Transitions Tab of the Toolbar, you have options to control how your slides move from one slide to the next during your presentation. If you click on the different options, your slides will do a quick demo of the transition so you can see if you like it.

5. Animation:

The Animation tab of the Presentation Editor allows you to manage animation effects. You can add animation effects, determine how the animation effects move, and configure other animation effects parameters to customize your presentation.

6. Slide show:

Slide Show Tab in Microsoft PowerPoint is use for start viewing presentation in full screen mode. We can set-up the slide timing, record slide narration, adjust resolution and use presenter view

7. Review :

Before you call your presentation finished, you can go to the REVIEW tab, and click here to run the spell checker. This is also where you can add and review comments. For example, you could email the presentation file to others on your team and ask for comments. Then, view the comments here.

8. View:

View is where you can look at your slides several different ways, including an area where you can see thumbnails of each slide and re-arrange the order of your slides.
